Orders
When will my order ship?
Our team ships orders Monday through Friday and will ship your product within 3-5 business days. Tracking will arrive to the email provided when you placed your order. We use USPS as our exclusive carrier for all domestic orders with options for UPS and DHL Express.
What is the status of my order?
We do our best to inform customers about the status of the order at every point of the process, from placing it and until it is fulfilled. You should receive an invoice from us as soon as you finish placing the order. If needed, we will reach out to you to confirm order details using the contact information provided in the order, which means that accuracy of contact details is very important. Notifications will also be sent via e-mail, when the order is fulfilled, and they will include tracking information for the shipment. Should you require additional information regarding your order, you can always use the chat or contact us on any other channel mentioned on the CONTACT page.
There was a mistake with my order. Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
Please reach out to our team at info@officeofmaya.com as soon as you discover the mistake and we will do our best to correct your order.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
What do I do if I received the wrong product or damaged product?
Please reach out to our team at info@officeofmaya.com as soon as possible with photos of any damage and your order number so we can quickly work to help you.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
We only accept returns if products are damaged during transit — we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened or tampered with. If your products arrive damaged, please contact our team right away at info@officeofmaya.com with photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you quickly.
For apparel items, returns can be processed if made in no more than 14 days from the moment the order is received by the recipient, and only if they are returned in the same state they were dispatched in — unused and with all garment tags still attached. The value of your order, minus that of the shipping, should be refunded to your account in no more than 14 business days, depending on the bank. Refunds are only processed once your return arrives back to us and its status is verified.
Please note that shipping costs fall within the responsibility of the customer, meaning that should you like to return an item you purchased, shipping costs will be incurred by you.
Keep in mind, it is possible that the item you purchased may not be available in a different size should you like to exchange. In that case, you may request a refund or you may want to exchange for a different item entirely. If the value of the new order is bigger than the initial order, the difference can be paid separately upon the exchange. If the value is lower, the difference will be refunded to you.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Where can I purchase Maya products?
All of our products are exclusively sold through our website. Outside of these points of sale, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of Maya products if they are purchased from resellers or on secondary markets.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to any verified address in a U.S. state or territory, including P.O. boxes, as well as internationally. Please note, international deliveries may incur higher shipping fees and taxes.
Change of address?
The address confirmation is given upon the review of buy page in the checkout section of the site, please make sure to check the details before finalizing the order.
However, if this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact our team at info@officeofmaya.com immediately and we'll do our best to help quickly.

How are your products formulated?
A range of supplement chews consisting of (1) Allergy, (2) Digestive, (3) Hip & Joint, and (4) Skin & Coat formulas. Our soft chews do not contain any ingredients derived from corn or soy. No artificial flavoring. No artificial preservatives.
Where are your products produced?
We produce our products using proprietary formulas in the US. Our production method avoids the use of water, pressure, or heat, ensuring the preservation of the natural integrity, effectiveness, and taste of the ingredients. Our method distinguishes our chews — where most are processed through mass extrusion and cooking.

How do I know this product is safe for my dog to eat?
Our products are rigorously tested for quality, efficacy, and safety. USDA inspected and approved.
What is the best method of giving a supplement to my dog?
We recommend giving the supplement during mealtime or individually by itself. What matters most is daily consumption.
My dog is allergic to chicken. Do you offer an alternative?
Yes we do! Our supplements range to provide the best option for your dog.

In the event that your dog accidentally consumes significantly more than the daily recommended dose, consult your vet for advice.
