Maya ships to residential and business addresses within the domestic United States and U.S. Territories. You will receive tracking via email once your order has shipped. We deliver across the United States as well as the U.S. Territories from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Global Orders

We ship worldwide! However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. 

MAYA does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your order as a gift but sometimes we have no control over customs charging taxes and fees.

Damages & Missing Items

If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged or missing, please reach out to our customer service team at right away.

A team member will provide you with the next steps to replace or refund your product.


Maya accepts all unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new condition.

Your order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Returned Mail

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can send the package again.
