This website is operated by Maya. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maya. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from officeofmaya.com (the “Site”).

Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
Maya ships to residential and business addresses within the domestic United States and U.S. Territories using USPS as our exclusive shipping carrier with options for UPS and DHL Express. You will receive tracking via email once your order has shipped.

We deliver across the United States as well as the U.S. Territories from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

GLOBAL ORDERS
Customers that are outside the United States & Territories may place an order on officeofmaya.com and will be prompted with a shipping and taxes/duties rate calculated at checkout. Global customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

At this time, we cannot honor Returns or Exchanges to our customers that place orders on officeofmaya.com outside the United States.

DAMAGES AND MISSING ITEMS
If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged or missing, please reach out to our customer service team at info@officeofmaya.com right away.

A team member will provide you with the next steps to replace or refund your product.

RETURNS
At this time our products are final sale and not eligible for return.

If you believe your product to be defective please email info@officeofmaya.com. Please provide the order number, name associated with your order and what's happening. We will follow up by email with next steps.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped/emailed directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped/emailed to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

I. CONFORMANCE STATUS The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
