Free US shipping over $100. You have 30 days from the time you receive an item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is needed. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. However, certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods can't be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
